Chocolate swirl loaf !:)
Baked this chocolate swirl loaf this weekend. Though the Poor eater is not a big fan of baked chocolate goodies, gave this bread a note of 8/10.
Ingredients:

Bread flour - 450 gms, milk - 250ml, egg - 1, lightly beaten, butter - 30 gms, salt - 1 1/2 tsp, sugar - 3 tbsps, instant yeast - 1 1/2 tsp.
For the chocolate filling :
Sugar - 50 gms, butter - 30 gms, cocoa pwd - 30 gms.
Melt the butter in the MW for a minute. Add sugar & cocoa pwd to the melted butter & stir till everything is well blended.

Place all the ingredients in the pan of the breadmachine in the order given by the manufacturer, ie: liquid ingredients first followed by the dry ingredients & taking care to see that the yeast does not come in contact with the wet ingredients & salt. Select dough cycle . When done, place the dough in a large bowl & knead it for about five mins. Punch the dough down to get rid of the air bubbles & roll it out into a rectangle . Spread the chocolate filling over it & roll to form a long roll ( Roll it up like how you would do for a jelly roll). Place the roll in a loaf pan, seam side down , cover & allow to proof for another 35 mins. Preheat oven to 200°c & bake for 20 to 25 mins ( Keep an eye on them while they are being baked for the temperature differs from oven to oven). Allow to cool for an hour & slice & serve with some coffee!:)
