Wanted to cook something special to celebrate Father's day. At first thought of a baking a cake for Dad , but then realised that Appa was not a big fan of sweets. Finally decided to cook one of his favourite lunch combinations & after a phone call to my mom, cooked this fish moillee, served it with some fried fish & steaming hot rice. Even as my amma was giving me the recipe details, my appa was shouting from the background , " Tell her to add vinegar towards the end for it will improve the taste a lot"!!;)) So religiously added some vinegar towards the end as per Dad's instruction:)!
